These terms cover your use of breadandbuttertradingprogram.com and the Bread and Butter Trading Program course (the "Program"), offered by Social Digital ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying the Program, you agree to them.
What the Program is
The Program is an online educational course about day trading futures. It includes recorded lessons, chart and indicator setup, and recorded examples of trades. It is education only. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, or a commodity trading advisor, and nothing in the Program is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Your account and access
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for your own use. Don't share your login, resell, record, or redistribute the course material. We may suspend access if the material is shared or misused.
Payments
Checkout is handled by SamCart. Buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm are provided by those companies under their own terms, and any installment plan is an agreement between you and that provider.
Funding accounts and third parties
Funding (prop firm) accounts, charting software and trading platforms mentioned in the Program are sold by third parties under their own rules and prices, which change often. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their decisions, payouts or policies. Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
No guarantee of results
Trading futures involves substantial risk, and you can lose money. Any example, calculation or past trade shown is for illustration only and does not promise or predict your results. Please read our Risk disclosure.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social Digital is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
